Teams:
- Each team MUST pay $15 to play on November 15th. Teams can be Co-Ed and we will have two different brackets, one for Middle School (6-8) and one for High School (9-12).
- ONLY ONE PERSON PER TEAM NEEDS TO COMPLETE THE FORM, which is available here.
- Students from outside the area can play but MUST complete the guest form to be eligible.
- Sign ups will close on November 13th or earlier based on interest. Payments must be received by November 13th.

Cost for Spectators: $3.00 at the door.
